Our billing office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and we are always willing to quickly answer any billing or statement questions you may have. You can either call 940-484-6500 × 303 or send an email to billing@childpluspediatrics.com

Full Service

Child Plus Pediatrics is a preferred provider for most insurance plans. Services will be billed to the insurance provider and patients will receive a bill after the insurance company has processed the claim, or after 30 days if the insurance company has not responded. Patients receive billing statements only when money is due. Patients paying at the time of service will receive a paid receipt.

Make sure you provide us with the most current insurance information when you come to the office and at any time there is a change.

In addition, please make sure to provide the complete name of the insurance company, correct billing address, name and date of birth of the policyholder, effective date, and any applicable ID numbers and group numbers.
